    With Square Appointments and Square Online, you can create a mobile-friendly booking site that allows customers to book appointments online, purchase items and learn more about your business. Customise and update your booking site at any time to fit your brand.

    When you update your booking site, you can edit and remove services, organise services into categories, or change the order in which services are presented. You can also choose the layout, font style, colours and optional website pages that go best with your brand.

    Before you begin

    Before you can customise your online booking site, you need to create your booking site. Learn how to or set up your online store with Square Online.

    You can do the following and more to customise your online booking site from Square Online:

    • Arrange and add/delete services

    • Add an announcement banner

    • Display and update your location information

    You can also change the order in which your service categories are displayed on your online booking site from your Square Dashboard. Learn how to create and manage a service.

    Add an announcement banner

    You can display a banner on your Square Online booking site with announcements from your business.

    1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Sales channels > Online.

    2. Click Website > Edit Site to open your Square Online site editor.

    3. Select the dropdown in the top-left-hand corner and click Appointments.

    4. In the editing panel, toggle Banner ON and then click Banner.

    5. Edit and customise your banner section as needed in the editing panel.

    6. Click Done.

    7. Click Publish to see the changes live.

    Display and update location information

    You can display the location information of your choosing on your Square Online booking page.

    1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Sales channels > Online.

    2. Click Website > Edit Site to open your Square Online site editor.

    3. Select the dropdown in the top-left-hand corner and click Appointments.

      • To display location information, click +Add Section > Show more > Location and hours > Add > Done.

      • To update location information, click Location and hours in the editing panel > make changes > Done.

      • To delete your location information, hover over Location and hours and click the bin icon.

    4. Click Publish to see the changes live.

    You can also edit your location from Account & Settings in your Square Dashboard. Editing the information there will automatically update it in the site editor (just make sure you republish your site to make any changes go live). Learn how to create and manage multiple locations.
