Create and manage menu concepts with Square for Franchises
About menu concepts
Menu concepts let restaurants offer additional menus alongside their main menu, such as themed options (e.g. seasonal, regional, vegan) or menus from other brands. This feature helps restaurants manage and display different menus in their online store and simplifies handling orders from multiple sources in one place.
Menu concepts are commonly used in ghost kitchens where several brands operate from the same kitchen. When you set up and enable menu concepts in the Square for Franchisesdashboard, they appear in your online store, allowing customers to browse all available menus. Guests can order items from different menus and add them to the same cart.
Before you begin
Menu concepts can be created, managed and deleted at the store level.
Menus must first be created before they can be selected as menu concepts.
